			David Burliuk (1882-1967). Landscape Motive. About 1909. Oil on canvas. 61 by 55 cm. Private collection, Kyiv.

			I attributed this anonymous oil to D. Burliuk based on the similarity with other works by this artist kept in Moscow collections and in Tissen-Bornemis’ collection in Switzerland. Burliuk painted this oil about 1909, in the period of a shift from the impressionism to the Sezanism. The picture was displayed at an exhibition entitled Welcome Back to Ukraine, Mr. Burliuk. Kyiv, 1997.
